Title : Manager - Talent Acquisition
Reporting : Sr. Manager - TA
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities :
- Partners with business heads to complete recruitment goals, and facilitate solutions for challenges and blockers
- Partners with stakeholders to understand business requirements and constantly evolve recruitment process to meet business needs
- Lateral Hiring (Hands-on experience in hiring for IT skills)
- Ensures systems and processes are adhered to.
- Responsible for complying with state and local employment laws as well as audit requirements
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics
- Ensure Cost per hire is maintained at lowest level
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 6+ years ( Pref in Talent Acquisition)
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Hands-on experience with Hiring tools and HR databases
- Good stakeholder-management abilities
- Ability handle pressure and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams)
