Our client is an MNC bank having multiple businesses.
Job Description :
- Responsible for delivery of end to end recruiting services for the bank across all hiring levels - which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, fitments, offers, negotiation, upto closure
- Responsible for closing position as per TAT
- Ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demand
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders at all levels.
Candidate Profile -
- 7 - 10 years of experience
- Must have hiring experience in the BFSI sector
- Must have had exposure in handling hiring across levels including bulk hiring to senior level positions
- Must have experience working closely with hiring managers executing and delivering full life cycle recruiting activities with proven results in order to mentor/coach team in replicating this success
- Must possess excellent project management and organization skills in order to work and lead several initiatives simultaneously, effectively and efficiently
- Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources including use of technology
- Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity.
- A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity
