Manager - Talent Acquisition - Automotive (8-12 yrs)

Essential responsibilities and duties :

The role of, Talent Acquisition Head is to deliver high quality recruitment services to a variety of functions & levels across the organization

The main missions of the role are :

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.

- Develop, implement and improve a strategic approach to identifying and securing best in class talent.

- Develop and articulate recruitment and sourcing strategy for open requisitions with consistent feedback and status updates to hiring managers - revising strategy as needed.

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

- Plan and execute campus recruiting activities.

- Collaborate with senior leaders in developing marketing strategies for their critical roles; partner with hiring managers and practice group leaders to play a key role in the design, implementation and management of workforce planning processes.

- Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts to provide leadership insight for better informed decisions.

- Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative for recruiting related matters.

- Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. We are looking for a team player with potential leadership skills

- A solid sense of ownership of the recruitment process and potential to become a Talent Acquisition leader

Candidate profile :

The ideal candidate will have/be :

- Master's degree with specialization in HR

- MNC Exposure is must

Experience :

- Minimum 8 yrs of experience into relevant HR function & Automotive Industry

Skills and competencies :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Dynamic Team Player

- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills

- Planning and organization skills

- Result oriented
