Manager - Talent Acquisition - Analytics/Ratings Business

- Manage end to end requirement needs for one or more business units

- Understand the business requirements thoroughly and partner with them to attract the right talent

- Have had experience in recruiting for Analytics roles

- Device sourcing strategy attract the best talent at optimum cost

- Build strategic connections with internal client as well as external vendors

- Be trusted advisory to business on Talent agenda

- Drive new client acquisition along with business, provide talent landscape and reporting

- Curate and build extensive market intelligence from the vendors

- Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidates at all levels

- Stakeholder management and communication

- Tracking and Period reporting of key matrices

- Lead team, drive motivation and team development.
