They are looking for the following: Position: Manager Talent Acquisition Roles and Responsibilities: To manage the Junior &amp; Mid-level hiring in India Region, Asia &amp; Africa, Global Business HQ. This would be for Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory Functional areas, etc. - Partner with the TA Leader and business stakeholders to understand business plans &amp; design plans for proactive hiring/ talent mapping - Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for multiple business functions - Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing &amp; selection solutions via careers page and candidate database, social networks &amp; groups, advertising campaigns, employee referrals etc. Reports to: head of Talent acquisition - Experience: 4-7 years- experience in HR. Atleast 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition will be preferable. - Must be having experience of working with Agri-Inputs / Telecom/ FMCG Sectors or Pharmaceuticals
