Manage the end to end recruitment process involving compensation fitments, offer letters and the pre-onboarding process, for internal and external hires, for the identified business scope, across all levels. 4. Direct Sourcing, campus hiring, referral processing, recruitment drives etc. High ownership on utilisation of new age social media and tech tools. 5. Vendor Management - evaluation, performance and quality of delivery. 6. Exposure and involvement opportunities in the continuous improvement Talent Acquisition Transformation agenda. 7. Good experience in manpower planning and Headcount analysis. Desired experience: - 7-10 years' experience of working in a large-scale complex environment. - Exposure to systems and ATS - Experience in Commercial hiring & volume hiring.
