- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

- Looking for candidates who has In depth experience in talent acquisition with expertise in delivering recruitment projects, managing ongoing talent programs, stakeholder management, manpower vendor management, detailed candidate assessment and closure of critical positions

- Executing the entire gamut of tasks in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, Assessment Centers, Competency based interview, per-employment verification, selection & appointment etc

Qualification: Full Time MBA is mandatory.

Location : Mumbai

Salary Offered : 15-18 LPA
