Manager - Talent Acquisition (3-10 yrs)

About the Role :

- You will be responsible for internal recruitment at TopHire. We are hiring rapidly and are hiring several Talent Acquisition Manager to accelerate the process

- Please note this is not a client-facing role. This is an internal role. You will work with the Co-Founders internally. You will not be interacting with our outside clients.

Responsibilities:

- You'll lead our internal recruitment and be responsible for planning, strategy, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pitching, coordination, and negotiation.

- Proactively source candidates through a combination of channels including job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media, etc.

- Work with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each requirement

- Managing candidate status and communication in our applicant tracking system.

- Gain market intelligence by talent mapping and performing competitor analysis

- You will be our brand ambassador and evangelize TopHire to potential candidates.

- Develop and implement strategies to make TopHire an employer of choice.

- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.

Qualifications:

- 3 years+ of experience in recruitment

- Great English communication both written and spoken

- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals, etc

- Ability to pitch TopHire to potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner

- The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the hiring manager.

- Conscientious. Always on top of your pipeline without a need for reminders or followups

- A desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup.
