Reporting into the TA Head,you will be responsible for :

Driving employer branding initiatives Pan India

Devise new & innovative recruitment strategy

Implementation of ATS

Please note that this is not a recruitment role-but will focus on devising the recruitment strategy with focus on Employer branding

As a successful candidate :

Good stakeholder management

Extensive experience in employer branding

2-5 years of experience
