Manager - Sustainable Finance

Instituting Sustainable Finance related Frameworks in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:

- Strengthening implementation of TCFD recommendation, basis gaps and need analysis

- Developing and integrating frameworks for assessing climate risk profile of the Bank

- Conducting portfolio impact assessment of the portfolio from SDG lens, identifying key priority areas of positive and negative areas and develop internal plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders for improving performance on these areas

- Strengthen implementation of Principles for Responsible Banking at the Bank

- Assessment of climate related risk and opportunities of the Bank:

- Developing climate related heat maps for identification of key material physical and transition climate risk drivers

- Qualitative/Quantitative analysis of material climate risk drivers of the Bank at portfolio/sub portfolio level and propose mitigation strategies for inclusion in overall business strategies

- Developing and piloting internal methodologies for sizing physical and transition climate risk and measuring financial impacts through climate scenario analysis, climate stress testing etc and report/present results

- Analyzing degree of alignment of the portfolio with Paris Agreement, and developing short, medium and long term strategies

- Identify and size climate related opportunities for the Bank, in short, medium and long term

- Mainstreaming Sustainable Finance

- Measuring and analyzing financed emission of the Bank

- Defining and measuring green and social assets of the Banks

- Developing green and social financing products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines on green bonds, sustainable finance and Banks climate commitments

- Enhanced participation and communication with internal and external stakeholders on mainstreaming sustainable finance
