Manager - Sustainability Communications - Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :
Sustainability Outreach (Internal) :
- Writing and getting case studies written about Sustainability best practices in the Group
- Getting audio-visuals made about Sustainability work at Group Companies
- Organize energy, water and waste related competitions in the Group Companies
- Organize and enable Sustainability related events across the Group
- Help make Sustainability personal for employees in the Group
- Publish Sustainability newsletters / Progress Reports for employees in the Group
Sustainability Outreach (External) :
- Organize paper competitions and quizzes at relevant educational campuses / in partnership with other Corporates or Sustainability organizations.
- Update and shape Sustainability related section on the organisation's website
- Enable vibrancy in a Sustainability App
- Enable external communication through press releases, blogs and OPEDs
- Nurture partnerships with Sustainability organizations
- Initiate and maintain social media presence in Sustainability for the Group
Building the brand through communication / presentation and other forms of dissemination of best practices to external organizations.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in Sustainability Communications is mandatory, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years.
- Candidate should be a Master's in Communications, with a total of 8-12 years' experience.
