Manager - Surveillance - NBFC (5-7 yrs)
Job Role :
- To oversee and perform specific actions related to the process of monitoring of variations in scrips, generation of timely alerts, initiation of surveillance actions and MIS reporting to senior management and regulators.
- To identify areas of improvement and development of surveillance system to enhance efficiency and comply with changes in regulatory environment
- Oversee the process of monitoring variations/ movements of scrip of different companies on an on-going basis through surveillance system to identify any significant changes in price/ trade volume of the scrip.
- Review the alerts generated on a daily basis and follow up on the actions taken thereafter
- Draft circulars related to surveillance actions.
- Keep self updated on the recent developments on scrip of various companies.
- Review and propose policy changes in line with regulatory changes implemented by SEBI.
