Manager - Surveillance

Job Title: Manager - Surveillance.

Department: Surveillance.

Reports to: SVP - Surveillance.

Experience: Candidates with 8-10 years of experience in Treasury Products preferably Bond Market.

Required Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate with subjects that include Mathematics / Statistics / Finance.

Functional Competencies:

- Exposure to Treasury Products by virtue of working with either Trading/ Risk Management/ Analyst/ Strategist Teams.

- Working knowledge of capital markets.

- Exposure to fixed income/ foreign exchange/ derivative markets preferred.

Area of Operations /Key Responsibility:

- Monitor various trades across multiple platforms for outliers.

- Identify irregularities, abnormal activities on the trading systems.

- Analyze Surveillance system alerts and develop periodic reports.

- Data analysis using Excel/ R-Programming, data interpretation and data presentation.

- Regular interaction with internal and external teams on various aspects of system development.

- Testing of systems as per requirement.

Any Other Requirement:

- Should be ready to work extended hours as per the exigencies of business.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Treasury Products, preferably Bond Market Required

Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate with a focus on Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
