Job Description :

- Develop planning system parameters such as level of safety stock, economic production quantities, minimum run quantities, transit times, process capacity, packing.

- Capacity, shipping constraints, inventory constraints etc. to optimize production across plants using advanced statistical techniques

- Manage production and inventory for products, SKUs across categories to balance capacity constraints and resolving critical product shortage issues

- Execute supply planning process carried out by factories; supply planning (development of production plans in line with the existing constraints, alternate scenarios,

- Key risks identified along with mitigation plans etc. and inventory management of RM & FG at plants

- Analyse the gaps in demand fulfilment /challenges & issues if any based on potential constraints in the factory and provide possible recommendations to factories

- Monitor products with excessive finished good inventory levels and devise measures to reduce inventory for the same

- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation at OTIF Inc. working patterns/resource etc.

- Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand, ensuring that potential conflicts are highlighted in a timely manner for Discussion/resolution

- Work with the Purchase team regarding purchase requirements to reduce purchase order changes; communicating agreed changes to plan within lead time and

- Securing additional material requirements.

- Interact with production teams on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies and other key stakeholders

- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
