Subject matter expert for Supply chain. To build and manage external relationships including repair vendors and insurance companies and internal teams. Responsible for overall program delivery and timely supply. Areas of Responsibility - - To lead and deliver new capability building projects - Project management - Building vendor relationships, contracting, commercials, supply chain - Create a right connect of Technology - Coordinate with cross functional teams for successful and timely delivery of projects - Incorporate continuous improvement by identifying gaps and defining improved process flows and responsibility matrix. - Benchmark our systems and processes with the existing in the market - Innovate and implement new processes wherever necessary - Handover finished projects to the Operation team and support them for smooth implementation Qualifications and Experience: - 5 years experience with any graduation (Graduate in Supply Chain from top engineering colleges is preferred) and MBA preferred Skills Required - Ability to lead and deliver new capability building projects - Technology understanding - Effective articulation - Good people skills - Experience of having managed hyperlocal supply chain operations is must - Start up experience in the same space preferred
