Phoenix Sustenance :

- Continue momentum on adoption of Anaplan by

- Ensuring weekly and monthly cadence of runs through Anaplan

- Identifying and resolving issues along with WSLs for sustenance

- Continue rigor of S&OP, RCAs, KPIs and SLA reviews

- Drive Anaplan S&OP module adoption for use in monthly S&OP meetings

- Conduct monthly connects with WSLs to review the progress and share status update with concerned stakeholders

- Publish Quarterly Score Card to share update on Project progress -

- Collaborate for proposing any change or improvements in current process along with functional heads for incorporation

- Lead development and completion of way forward plans as part of Project Phoenix

- Conduct timely trainings and induction of new joiners

KPI Adoption & Improvements:

- Ensure correctness of KPI scores for Supply Chain and resolve any issues with IT

- Anchor process of weekly KPI reviews by sharing insights, putting right questions and creation of action plan

- Drive roll out, adoption and Root Cause Analysis for OTIF

- Work with IT and BIO planner for establishing and adoption of BIO KPIs

- Report OPUS KPIs to HQ, OPUS as per timeline. Provide insights on variance of Target vs Achievement for Quarterly and annual submissions.

Promotions Planning :

- Facilitate inputs on promotions - VAPs, LEPs from Procurement , Marketing and Supply Chain

- Drive the promotions planning process by conducting weekly connects

- Publish progress report on plan vs actual and resolve issues to get the plan on track

- Ensure adherence of in market timeline of 90% as per alignment with Sales

Others :

- Participate in external forums to showcase initiatives of PRI Supply Chain

- Continuously Identify and lead improvement initiatives in area of supply chain planning and operations
