Manager - Supply Chain/Procurement - Management Consulting Firm (8-10 yrs)

For Sales & CX:
- Core competencies: Mapping & designing customer journeys, Digital mindset to enable digitalised user experience, Sales acceleration, Sales force productivity improvement
- Desired competencies: Six sigma black belt, Design thinking certification, UI/UX design
For GIC / Shared Services:
- Core competencies: Operating model design, Digitalisation, FTE estimation and charge-back design, SOP and process reengineering, location feasibility assessment
- Desired competencies: Shared service design for Finance, IT, Procurement, HR
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate ownership on BPI projects in the areas of supply chain, operations improvement, and sales acceleration by successfully delivering through a project team, made up of client staff.
- Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision from Project director / Managing Director.
- Delivers results to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints.
- Create a detailed project plan and conduct workshops and meetings with middle and senior management within the client team.
- Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project sponsor and stakeholders.
- Team player with experience of leading and motivating the project team of 4-5 team members.
Qualification & Experience :
Education: B.Tech / qualified CA / MBA from Tier1 or Tier2 B school
Experience:
- Manager: Total of 5-8 years of experience with at least 2 years with management consulting firms
- Senior Manager: Total of 8-10 years of experience with at least 5 years with management consulting firms of which 2 years should be at the position of Manager.
Work Location - Gurgaon
Preferred Candidature : Management consultants with performance improvement experience (preferably in management consulting firms) in domains of supply chain, procurement, operations improvement & sales acceleration.
