Role and Responsibility  - Create replenishment policies and principles for small format stores and drive availability improvement  - Manage Supply Chain and Replenishment planning activities for Small format stores across the chain  - Conduct ongoing root cause analysis to identify improvement areas and drive replenishment process improvements  - Capacity Planning for Distribution Centresbasis business plan and work closely with Future Supply Chain teams to build right capability for distribution network  - Initiate distribution network changes required for delivering future expansion plans basis capacity estimation  - Drive and monitor Supply chain projects to ensure customer and stores are not impacted by supply chain changes  - Build and maintain relevant dashboards to review performance Vs plan  - Manage continuous optimization of inventory at stores  - Ongoing coordination with Zonal teams for facilitating replenishment, availability improvement & Inventory management  Skill set & Specifications  - Strategic Understanding  - Decision Making  - Long-Term Planning  - Customer Orientation  - Creativity and ability to think differently  - Strong Business Skills  - Ability to work independently
