Essentials :
- Domain Knowledge - Manufacturing, Supply chain( Procurement, Logistics, Production Planning,), Business Excellence or Operations excellence functions.
Brief:
For this position we want candidates who have a passion for Manufacturing and possess:
- Working experience in Consultancy and/or the Industry in the field of Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Production Management or Continuous Improvement, and with a proven record of transformational experience to achieve positive outcomes and change in the organization
- A bachelor's degree preferably with emphasis in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, (Industrial) Engineering or similar with strong academic records
- Demonstrated record of working with "C" level individuals in large multinational companies
- Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
- Excellent analytical capabilities, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution
- A proven ability to team effectively with diverse groups
- Strong software skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Microsoft Visio
- A Strong academic record such as a degree is required and a Master of Science in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, (Industrial) Engineering or a similar would be an advantage
- A willingness to travel
