SCM Manager -channapatna
- Planning and monitoring day-to-day activities of the fulfilment Centre.
- Categories so as to optimally utilize the available warehouse space and minimize shipment cost by right combination of items.
- Coordinate with customer teams like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc. and ensure that there are minimum breaches of customer orders and ensure that All SLAs are met.
- Responsible for Inventory management of Warehouse stock.
- Detailed data assortment of incoming inventory.
- Keeping records of stock inventory (Goods Return, Spoiled Stock) related to the Warehouse.
- Issuing & receiving of materials through the system.
- Dispatch the materials from Warehouse to retailers/ distributors/dealers. Creating Vendor's detail and PO in the Inventory.
- Creating Invoices of Vendors.
- Creating a daily process report and handing it over to the related department. Put away Process.
- Takeaway Process. Purchase Order Creation & Management.
- Purchase Order Management; Authorization, Amendment, Cancellation.
- Arranging of all the materials to the respective storage locations
- Responsible for processing a large number of e-Commerce orders per day and managing a team of order fulfilment executives, packers and shippers etc. across the supply chain.
- Managing Data Entry of incoming/outgoing materials, Stock replacement, Replenishment, Updating Stock Cards, Replenishment, Dispatch and return of goods, Preparation of pre/post shipment documents etc.
- Informing to purchase department if any excess / short received materials during verification of materials qty as per the Invoice.
- Materials Reconciliation for all the materials every month.
- Preliminary preparation of audit of main stores for quarterly, half yearly & financial year end.
- Coordination/co-operation to internal/external auditors for final auditing of quarterly/half yearly/financial year end.
- Maintained a Store to ensure that it functions smoothly
