The team currently includes: - Over 100 years of combined work experience - A Wharton management ADP graduate with more than 12 years of experience in e-commerce, retail and consulting industries, - A start-up industry veteran with more than 25 years of operations and angel investing experience, - A technology industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience across multiple geographies, - Members who have worked in companies like Infosys, Carrefour, Spencer, Godrej Aadhar, Reliance Retail as well as new age start-ups like Snapdeal, Belong, Crofarm and Practo and have graduated from Wharton, IIM and BITS, Pilani - The team is backed by global leaders in technology, legal, branding and communication, audit, etc. for operationalizing different aspects of the organization. - As a dynamic team, we believe in taking collaborative approach to work and make data driven decisions while keeping the workplace exciting and full of positivity. We love working with individuals who are equally self-motivated, have an entrepreneurial mindset, perform well in teams and are passionate about solving problems. - The start-up is funded by a large and successful promoter group having 3 generations of experience across the food and agri value chain. - Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws. - Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution. - Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers. - Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists. - Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials. - Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements. - Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, etc. - Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. - Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities. - Implement new or improved supply chain processes. - Design or implement supply chains that support environmental policies. - Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service. - Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies. - Handled operations of last mile delivery all India or at least for two Regions in India. - Has set up door delivery systems. - Good at concepts of last mile logistics. - Handled delivery team staff. - Has knowledge of setting up the process and planning the last mile delivery.
