Urgent Opening for Manager - Supply Chain Management in Leading Pharmaceutical company in Mumbai

Designation - Manager - Supply Chain Management

Qualification - BSc/BPharm, MBA/PGDBA

Location - Mumbai

Industry - Pharmaceutical preferable

JOB PURPOSE:

Production & dispatch planning. FG inventory control.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

1) Ensure receipt, consolidation & reconciliation of demand requirements from Central Supply Chain.

2) Demand analysis & resolution of forecast related issues.

3) Supply commitment against firm demand in coordination with internal stakeholders.

4) Capacity planning & release of production requirements (Own manufacturing, LL & TP) based on agreed demand.

5) Coordinate with the production team for product priorities and ensure availability as per supply requirements.

6) Ensure delivery of new products & TP orders as per defined timelines.

7) Escalate any supply concerns to ensure timely corrective actions.

8) Pro-forma application across markets & timely receipt of permits to ensure uninterrupted supply.

9) Container planning for different markets based on product availability & vessel schedules in coordination with shipping team.

10) Ensure dispatch of products from locations in line with container schedules.

11) Ensure products dispatched to the market comply with regulatory requirements.

12) Ensure liquidation of non-moving & slow moving FG inventory in coordination with Central supply chain.

13) Monitor & control FG inventory across locations.

14) Ensure supply to the market as per commitment.

15) Ensure required master setups in Oracle ASCP module are in place for new as well as existing products.

16) Publish MIS as per desired frequencies.
