Location- Gurgaon

Work Experience - 7-12 years Supply Chain.

Other Experience - 3 years experience in SAP R/3 (MM & SD) & APO (DP)modules.

Industry Preference- Glass, Consumer Durable, Paints, Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Cement, ceramic

CTC: - Depend on Current CTC (up to 17 lacs)

Job Description:-

- This position is responsible for Forecasting, Inventory controlling & Stock parameter optimization.

- This position will exercise independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining desired results.

- Incumbent interacts with internal/external customers in a team-based environment and would be required to Work in Cross function teams on projects.

1) General Administration

- Ensures availability of Inventory for Customer order fulfillment.

- Manage order planning and purchasing process and ensure shipment of orders to retailers and project customers.

2) Sales and operational planning:-

- Initiate, own and influence forecasting process (Demand & supply planning) with sales team, Product Manager and with key stake holders.

- Participate in the financial and inventory planning processes with local and Head quarter team.

- Co-ordination and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.

- Analyze business trends and ratios, and identify emerging issues and opportunities.

- Work with corporate and operating management to identify and quantify potential costs and benefits.

- Identify and implement lean projects for the planning and forecasting processes.

3) Forecasting & Inventory Management

- Establish, analyze, and report inventory accuracy metrics.

- ABC & FMR/XYZ formulation and systematic SKU planning

- Master data management - Setting up Safety stocks, rounding values, MOQ & Spike settings.

- Work closely with Product managers in managing Product life cycle and new product introductions.

- Lead the operational planning and control measurement over service providers.

- Maintain knowledge of current practices with distribution systems and benchmark. Operational effectiveness, and develop best practice standards.

- Monitoring service level leads to total customer satisfaction.

- Reinforce the LWT Policies and processes.

4) Vendor Management

- Manage all aspects of vendor relationships within the region including inventory control, on-time delivery, responsiveness and expenses.

- Create a continuous improvement environment that delivers quality outcomes.

5) Knowledge skills and abilities

Thorough knowledge and skill sets in overall supply chain activities. Specialization in operational management would get preferred.

Present projects to senior management.

Good communication skills both written and verbal with other functions and all levels of management.

Excellent judgment/decision making, conflict resolution, leadership and motivational skills.

Able to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making.

Knowledge of establishing distribution and warehousing systems for different product categories in India.

Knowledge of distribution/shipment to multiple cities within India and ability to work well with sales teams to achieve shipment targets.

Hands on SAP required in SD, MM, MF, & PP & APO.
