Manager - SCM Job Description : - Person will be responsible for Purchasing activity consists of following. - Preparing & Sending RFQ to Supplier for the assign commodity require at site. - Prepare Quote comparison and do necessary analysis of Quote. - Seek approval from HO for Purchasing and prepare PO as and when require. - Customer (Internal or External) focus is key - Preparation of MIS (PR Receipt to delivery of material) and send to HO - Actively work for searching good contractors to be engaged for PRW. - Support and monitor deliverables from supplier and intervene strongly to make things right in case conflict arises due to any issue at site. - You will be working without any influence and will work always towards meeting goals assigned to you. You need to work wisely with trustworthiness and integrity. - Travel is expected to local region, Inter-state for Supplier or Contractor meetings - Focus on Total Cost of ownership. - Maintaining Score Cards of suppliers on Quality, Delivery and cost, services from Contractor. - Driven by a rigorous and collaborative approach, Coordination with various stakeholder for smooth function of supply chain. - Follow up Internal Process and releasing of PO in SAP. - Any Task provided by Head of Department SCM or VH on time to time. Area Experience/Skill set : - Good communication in English/Hindi oral as well written. - Good knowledge of SCM Procedures and should have experience of supply Chain and Infrastructure industries. - Interpersonal Skill, Ability to relate to achieve results is important aspect. - Manager position expected to handle team. It is expected that he should have team building capability. - Should have never given attitude.
