Procurement - The manager co-ordinates with the Business Managers of different verticals to handle the procurement requirements that they might have. The below items will be required to procure:

- Engineering Plastics Resins ABS, PC, Nylons, Yarns, TPE and Elastomers, PBT, etc.

- Commodity Plastics PP & PE.

- Scraps and Raw Material Feeds Raffia Bags, Lumps, Battery Scrap, Sheets, Fluffs, Powder, etc.

- Additives, Glass, Talc, etc.

- Spare Parts, Tools, Drools, etc.

Logistics Management:

- Inward and outward movement of material

- Building a fleet of transporters for different regions across India

- Ensuring timely deliveries

- Handling inward and outwards material on a daily basis for Tolling

Inventory Management:

- JIT management

- Turnaround time of inventory to production and for dispatch quickly.

- Book stock vs physical stock management on a day to day basis

- Space Utilisation

- Handling various forms of material Lumps, small and jumbo bags, various parts

EXIM:

- Handling the clearing of import consignments

- Management of CHAs and other such parties

- Import Documentation
