Manager - Supply Chain - Healthcare (5-7 yrs)
Our client is an early-stage startup working in the primary healthcare sector to provide accessible and affordable healthcare to all that started in 2019. They are currently setting up their flagship assisted telemedicine centers - 1Care Clinics - which are easily accessible points of contact to provide professional teleconsultation & referral services, affordable medicines, and diagnostic services. These clinics also provide health financing & insurance products to increase health coverage and reduce out-of-pocket expenditure
Key role expectations :
The successful individual will lead the Supply Chain function in the organization and will be responsible for:
- Vendor management
- Lead Centralized procurement
- Maintaining the supply chain for the respective centers
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Vendor on-boarding and relationship management
- Good negotiation skills
- Strategy development
- Evaluation of new business opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines
- Good networking skills
- Coordination with various diagnosis partners
- Managing relations with diagnosis partners
- Identifying and onboarding various partners as per the locations
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
