Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG (5-10 yrs)

Forecasting & Planning with high accuracy rate - anticipating stock demands in our warehouse in Sweden & India based on current and future business functions
- Global Procurement, Vendor scouting, negotiations/ agreements, T&Cs
- Work closely with Quality Assurance Inspection of the purchases through contract manufacturers to ensure their ability to meet product & packaging quality requirements
- Timely update of Product Packaging requirements like labelling, packaging or technical
- Creating Purchase Orders and following up with the finance department and suppliers on progress & shipments
- Freight Forwarding with best price everytime approach; related negotiations/ agreements, T&Cs
- Follow the dispatch of shipments and work closely with freight carriers to troubleshoot any issues in different time zone across the globe
- Indian Custom Clearance and warehouse inbound
- Local Logistics with 3PL partner management with KPIs daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Warehouse/ inventory management
- Customer order management (B2B, distributor, dealer etc.)
- Cost & Lead Time optimisation in each parts of Global & Indian Supply Chain
- Day-to-day coordinations with our suppliers, B2B customers & logistic vendors, ensuring a continuous smooth process
- Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor payment, shipment and production schedules to meet Responsibilities
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
