Job Profile:
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery)
- Has to build a team
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
- Control manufacturing and delivery processes
- Oversee product storage, handling and distribution
- Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
- Has to forecast sales
- Responsible to introduce and keep updating better software for forecasting of the sales
- Work with production manager for production planning
- Needs to maintain minimum quantity of the warehouse for fulfillment of the orders
- Manage complete warehouse and derive its costing
