Manager - Supply Chain - eCommerce Startup (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for a 0 to 1 phase ecommerce export enabling platform. Our client has an experienced leadership team with a pre-seed funding of 5M USD. They have been awarded as the best emerging startup at the India Startup Summit 2022.

Job Profile -

- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with the global logistics ecosystem partners like courier aggregators, 3PL, freight forwarders, warehousing, supply chain SAAS providers, etc. across the world to drive business goals

- Create, manage and grow the alliances' funnel for all business territories from reaching out to nurturing potential partners including negotiating contracts and SLAs

- Serve as the one-point contact for partners. Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with them while strategically scaling the business partnership while providing an excellent partner experience

- Understand holistic requirements of the Business and Product in terms of API integrations with various existing tools and technologies to incorporate necessary features

- Work cross-functionally with Business and Product teams to build features required to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and improve efficiency

Requirement:

- 2-5 years of experience in a high-growth e-commerce or logistics start-up with education from a premier institute

- Thorough knowledge of global supply chain players, and networks with a clear understanding of warehousing and logistics business including pricing structures, applicable global laws, rules & regulations

- Proven proficiency in forging strategic alliances with courier aggregators/3PL/warehousing & supply chain service providers across the world preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and driving revenue growth via global strategic partnerships in a SaaS firm

- Strong business acumen with the ability to independently navigate business deals

- Exceptional leadership skills, ownership values, and relationship management

- Extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver with the ability to propose innovative solutions to problems at hand

- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
