As Sales and Operations Demand Planning Manager you will be responsible for -
- Sales and operational planning process
- Build and manage processes for better forecasting for supply of product
- Develop a deep understanding of the key drivers, markets, and stakeholders of the local businesses within the assigned geography
- Manage the reporting of key metrics, KPIs, S&OP scorecards at regional level that aligns with corporate objectives
- Support the consistent implementation of company initiatives and seek continuous process improvement in the collation and accuracy of the demand forecasts
- Should be proficient in statistical modeling and analysis, forecasting and forecasting methodologies with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
Skills & Experience:
- MBA from Premium Institutes with 3-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Strong interpersonal skills / ability to work cross functionally to deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills / ability to interact comfortably with Global colleagues
- Should have working knowledge of demand planning software / Expert in Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP APO / IBP
