Position : Manager Supply Chain ( Demand Planning - After Sales Service Spares ) Education : MBA ( NITIE grads preferred ) Experience: 6 - 10 years. Candidates from automotive service domain would be ideal fits. Location: Mumbai Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. The purpose of this position is to maintain high Customer Service levels across the business for the Service Vertical. This position will support in driving the S&amp;OP process. - This would include the Demand and Supply Planning Processes. This position will manage the Inventory in the Supply Chain Service vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Reduction of customer complaints by better availability of spares. Demand planning of service spares - about 4000 SKUs. Ensuring that the ordered spares are received from the factory within defined timelines. - Supply planning: Ensuring the required spares are available with the Business Partners (BPs) as per the supply plans. Managing inventory for service spares. Ensuring that the non-moving inventory is not generated through improved demand planning process. Supporting in designing and implementing IT solutions to balance customer service levels and inventory levels. 2. Key Performance Indicators: Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of objectives which are aligned to key business priorities OBJECTIVE MOP A. BUSINESS PARTNERS % Line fill SUPPLY FULFILMENT - Span of Control: Factory Supply Chain Managers, Regional Logistics Managers, Warehouse managers. Key Relationships (Internal &amp; External): CEO for Vertical, National demand planning head, Service managers of the vertical, Factory Supply Chain Managers, Regional Heads - Competencies: Good at numbers (Knowledge of SAP is a Preference but not essential). Good Planning and Organizing Skill with attention to detail. Ability to Influence Peers/Seniors. Good Interpersonal Skills.
