ROLE PURPOSE : The role will be responsible for handling the company's end to end supply planning and warehousing at the national level. KEY DELIVERABLE : - Make continuous efforts to achieve Inventory Goals and high level of Customer Service in terms of SKU fill rate. - Monthly analysis of actual Logistics spend Vs Budget. Verification of Logistics bills, provisions and reconciliations (Transportation, Warehouse and handling). Reply to queries/issues related to transit damages, shortages and late deliveries. - Deliver Logistics cost within Budget and generate potential savings in freight cost. - Generate annual Budget working for Transportation, Warehouse rental, material handling cost and Inventory goals. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other stake holders to provide input for Sales forecast with emphasis on historical Sales trends, Seasonality and Inventory Targets. - Assisting Marketing in finalizing promotional packs (i.e. bundling packs, gift set etc.) - Monitor SLOW moving &amp; discontinued SKUs and make liquidations plans with Sales and Marketing. - Generate Production plan &amp; Delivery schedules for domestic suppliers. Co-ordinate with suppliers for availability and align schedules as per requirement. - Responsible for maintaining a healthy relationships with Suppliers and Logistics partners. Resolve issues related to reconciliation, payment etc. - The incumbent will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the overall Supply Chain Department.
