- Supplier Development : Responsible for delivering all aspects of the Supplier Products and Service are fit for the purpose and meet customer expectation.
- Responsible for ensuring supplier continue to develop and implement best practice that defect prevention and reduction in variation
- Lead Supplier Development and Supplier Performance
- Carry out Supplier validation audits, with Supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning
- Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of Suppliers Quality concern.
- On-Site work with supplier directly and create corrective action plan for identified process failure.
- Manage Supplier Key Performance Indicators.
- Monitoring Supplier PPM, Monitoring supplier problem solving time, Supplier part warranty if required.
- Periodic meeting with supplier representative from concern department to establish an action plan for improving Quality of Product and process
