Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis. Debriefing students after interviews
- Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career
- Mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training etc.
- Mapping students to mentors for career guidance
- Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress
- Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet
- Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing
- Expectations and closing communication loops
Must have skills:
- Understanding of the hiring process for analytics roles
- Good grasp of the topics tested in aptitude tests (Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability)
- Good command over English language both written and oral
- Industry knowledge. Commitment to development
- Resume building expertise
- Very good interpersonal skills
