Manager - Structured Finance

Roles & responsibilities:

- Lead and coach a team of Securitization professionals aligned to CMBS asset class

- Lead workflow management, staffing, quality review, project timelines and team utilization

- Lead and execute engagements related to Commercial Mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and Residential Mortgage backed securities (RMBS)

- Review the loan documents (loan file reviews and large loan writeups), the property information and the bank's underwriting files with client data to ensure accuracy

- Review the legal documents such as term sheets and offering memorandum (including adding mark-ups for reviewed items)

- Prepare client deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and working papers supporting our findings

- End-to-end project execution and second level reviews of work done by juniors

- Contribute to and execute the growth strategy of the team(s) including markets / products to be addressed, and create skill sets and structures / org. to facilitate the growth and scalability

- Look after recruitment, learning and development and performance management

- Lead at least one team level task force and contributing to pan DA&S initiatives
