Job Description :
- You'll work directly with the CEO and other leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Your work will cut across areas of strategic planning, operational excellence, governance and capability enhancement.
- You will assist the CEO in developing and communicating business vision and strategy. You will be able to utilize your varied experience to work on strategy and operations for high-impact projects while working with multiple stakeholders across functions and roles, including CXOs.
- You will need to ensure that all the stakeholders concerned adhere to the agreed action plan thereby monitoring the business performance.
Areas of Impact :
- This role requires working across all the teams in the organisation i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, L&D, Recruitment, Legal, Operations and Technical Delivery
- Work involves driving performance across the geographies in India, Middle East, UK, USA and other geographies
Strategic Initiatives :
- Understand the strategic initiatives to be driven from the CEO Office
- With an eye on the potential outcomes, the CEO Office is trying to achieve, define deliverables and get different stakeholders on-board
- Ideate, analyse and validate different possible solutions and make recommendations
Business Consulting :
- Drive research, analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of solutions/propositions for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects
- Structure ambiguous problems adopting an analytical approach, create solution frameworks and blueprints
- Independently structure, write, and present well-organized and persuasive arguments before rolling out business plans
Legal & Compliance :
- Research and make recommendations on the legal aspects considering both internal and external factors that affect policy making, governance and operations
- Liaison with the Legal Counsel and ensure a balance between business interests and legal compliances
- Ensure that any exposure to risks is adequately accounted and the organisation has proper liability cover and insurance policies
- Ensure organisation is compliant to all labour laws, tax laws and regulations
Project Planning & Management :
- Prioritise projects on the basis of impact and effort required
- Break down the projects into actionable items and milestones
- Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability
- Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the projects
Team Management :
- Interact and build the relationship with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure quick information availability
- Manage teams to ensure execution of specific projects initiated by the CEO
