RESPONSIBLITIES: - Designing programs for improving experience metrics, driving improvement in NPS or relevant operational metrics - Understanding &amp; owning a key part of user experience for one or more of marketplace participants - our entrepreneurs, their customers, or our suppliers - Helping in charting out the Fulfilment &amp; Experience Strategy driving program adherence with operations teams &amp; influencing product development choices using data and insights. - Influencing product development choices using data and insights which originate from in-depth knowledge of your program - Driving program adherence with operations teams and continuously solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes - Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the programs you own. - Working cross team with sales, product, operations and technology teams to be able to capture feedback and share information and knowledge on the features and product value. - Driving continuous process improvement culture whilst working with operational teams and understand the voice of the sellers to identify the gaps in the current capability. REQUIREMENTS: - Masters from Top B Schools with 4+ yrs of experience in Strategy &amp; Program Development in in a scaled ecommerce marketplace/ Product Tech Companies or Established FMCG /FMCD companies managing Program development, operations and product in the ecommerce space in a Corporate environment - Prior experience of working in a scaled ecommerce marketplace managing the entire Program Management piece working cross team with sales, product, operations and technology - Ability to innovate to solve complex business problems with automation and tech solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company's spokesperson - Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
