Manager - Strategy - Private Equity (Non-Investment role)

Looking for a person to work in the portfolio management team of a Private Equity fund. This role will work closely with portfolio companies (investee companies which are mainly start ups) in helping them grow through various strategic & operational initiatives.

Incumbent shall have the complete responsibility to help portfolio attain the growth that is targeted. HE/She will work with the management in overseeing the operations, processes, do regular analysis, assist in operations improvement, devising operational strategies, devising corporate strategies etc. Regular reporting to management on investee companies/portfolios performance.

- An ideal candidate shall be a person who has worked as an EA to CEO/COO or has worked in strategy teams of companies.

- Person having operational consulting/operational process improvement/sales or marketing strategy formulation exp. can also be a good fit

- Prefer person who has worked with start up or PE/VCs

- MBA from premier B-School (TOP 10-15)

- Must have looked at multiple functions in an organization
