Manager - Strategy & Planning - IT Software

We are looking for a Strategy &Planning Manager person who has experience in Corporate planning Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Planning Officer or similar roles with one of the leading software co. for the Bangalore location

- University degree in Business Administration/other relevant discipline

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented and forward thinker

- Ability to strategize, implement and coordinate multi-dimensional projects

- Strong client orientation, excellent organizational and follow-up skills

- Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional team

Job Description :

- Strategize and execute the development and maintenance of the corporate work plan based on a consolidation of plans from various functions, in the context of the organizational visions and goals

- Monitor the operational execution of the work plan

- Track and review KPIs, goals, and objectives assisting the workplan

- Deploy systems and processes to maintain and review dashboard of key data reflecting progress on target vs achievement

- Research and monitor industry trends to leverage new opportunities and increase Tally's competitive advantage

- Identifying new growth platforms, growth opportunities across businesses through the identification of attractive market spaces internally and externally
