Job Description:

- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on generalist. You will own, lead, manage, and nurture Jodos ongoing projects with a growth mindset, people management skills, and analytical skills.

- You should possess strong leadership qualities, and have a proven track record of delivering projects with high standards.

- Develop strategic initiatives with the help of data, research, and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement

- Gather insights, assess business needs, and align strategic objectives

- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to support decision-making processes

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products, services, and processes, and identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Work closely with founders and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for proper functioning and align them with Jodos vision

- Oversee resource allocation, assist the team with workload distribution, and task prioritization towards the project

Requirements :

- Proven experience (2-4 years) in high-growing startups

- Bachelor's degree from Top IITs/NITs and VITs is a plus

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail

- Ability to work with diverse teams and track record of delivering multiple projects within deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills, people management skills, and interpersonal skills
