Manager - Strategy - P&L Role - Startup - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI (2-6 yrs)

The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture and be a key contributor to its growth. Given the strategic importance of this role, the individual will be a strategic thought partner to the Senior Management team. S/he will be a critical member of the senior management team.
We are looking to bring on board a - Manager - Offline- at a Pan India level. S/he will be responsible for the overall profitability of the entire business while keeping the pace of expansion for the business. S/he will be responsible to build and manage the process, structure, business model, sales & recruiting the right talent for the Region. S/he will also be responsible to improve customer acquisition and sales channel by providing strategic insight. He will have full P&L responsibility (top-line & bottom-line) for the business.
