Qualifications :

Should be MBA / PGDM from Tier I B-School - 2016-2019 passout

Experience : 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Consulting domain or part of Corporate strategy team of large conglomerates/companies

Job Purpose : Part of the Central Strategy team, incumbent would be responsible for research and identification of opportunities for value creation and business expansion by doing analysis of key industry trends, major players and competition, financial analyses, modelling and projections and basis that develop and implement a go-to market strategy in identified areas and segments across multiple paths in-house, partnerships, inorganic

Business Responsibility Area :

- Business/Strategic Planning and Program Management

- Develop a deep understanding of the identified business areas towards consumer and business growth

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new markets, products or verticals, including organisational design to enable these strategies

- Stay up-to-date with trends in the industry focus area of their Business Development stakeholder including knowledge of current/potential partners

- Collaborate with key leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, resource planning, and special projects

Operations :

- Lead operational reviews for the key strategic opportunities to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews)

- Lead custom research assignments to generate in-depth analysis for identified businesses/industry Build standard business review documents and business requirements for reporting Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities Drive cross-functional execution to incubate and scale the new opportunity.
