Key Responsibilities:

- Support in development of mid-term and long-term strategy

- Assist in identification of innovative ideas to drive business growth and excellence

- Develop business case, strategy / plan and implementation roadmap for ideas

- Lead program management of special projects and work with cross-functional teams

- Support team in daily operations

- Manage internal stakeholders to ensure quality and delivery timelines of strategic projects undertaken are met

- Continuously scan environment to understand market trends, growth drivers, competitor activities, offerings, pricing, potential stakeholders that can be served, regulatory issues etc. to formulate sales and marketing strategies

Ideal Candidate : MBA from premier college with 2-5 years experience in healthcare/pharma strategy, market assessment, business planning and growth strategy.
