Role:
- The Business Manager in the CEO's Office monitors and coordinates business activities to help the CEO and executive team achieve organizational goals. This position entails supervising strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, and maintaining operational efficiency within the organization. By delivering important insights and recommendations based on business performance measures, the Business Manager directly contributes to decision-making processes and drives the company's growth goal.
- Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing business performance measures, providing insights to the CEO and senior team. You will organize and facilitate strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO's office, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and priorities. You will directly help the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas and presentations. You will serve as a central point of contact for the CEO's office, internal departments, external stakeholders, and board members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and improve operational efficiency will be critical as you adopt best practices and initiatives throughout the organization. You will create reports, memos, and presentations while effectively interacting with top management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on critical business goals. In addition, you will help design and implement strategic plans, as well as conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and drive long-term growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver timely and accurate business performance reports, successfully implement strategic initiatives and projects, improve operational efficiency and cost savings, and provide effective support and coordination to the CEO and executive team.
- Internally, you will work closely with senior management, department leaders, and cross-functional teams. Externally, you will communicate with external partners, clients, investors, and other stakeholders as necessary to progress corporate goals and foster beneficial relationships.
- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Management, or a similar profession. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or BE, is preferred for this position.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar function, especially in a corporate or executive office setting. It is critical to have shown skill in project management, business activity monitoring, and senior executive assistance. A thorough understanding of corporate operations and strategic planning procedures is also necessary.
- This role needs extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills, strong analytical and problem-solving talents, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools is required. The capacity to flourish under pressure, prioritize activities effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities will also be essential for success in this position.
