Manager - Strategy & Business - IIM/IIT/XLRI/FMS/MDI/GIM/XIM/NMIMS/SIBM

Job Summary :

- Looking for smart and aggressive professionals ONLY from Consulting companies with good academics preferably from IIM, IIT, XLRI, FMS, MDI, GIM, XIM, NMIMS, SIBM etc, who would Lead the business development for fashion brands.

Responsibilities :

- Set up the architecture and mode of working with licensee brands

- Prepare the strategy and business plan for each licensee brand in the set up of Company's Fashion Brands

- Responsible for the P&L of the licensee brands

- Relationship management with external stakeholders (the organizations which hold the license)

- Manage end-to-end value chain of the products for licensee brands - starting from design direction, product development, manufacturing, marketing and sales

- Liase with cross functional teams within company to ensure smooth execution

Education & Experience :

- 0-4 years of work experience in business development OR a role which manages multiple external stakeholders/ cross functional teams

- MBA from a good B school OR under-graduation from IITs and working in leading Consulting companies in operations/ business/ strategy teams
