1. Utilize marketing intelligence to vet key segments and target
2. Prepare financial models, presentations for new businesses and present to the Board
3. Reviewing of drafts of agreements, contracts, term sheets from commercial viewpoint and provide inputs
4. Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback
5. Evaluate deals and their structures - term sheets, documentation, due diligence
6. Coordinate with various departments and vendors for end-to-end execution of strategic projects
7. Provide thought leadership to internal departments - sales, marketing, finance and accounts
