Job Title : Manager - Strategy & Planning (Digital Marketing)
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A BUSINESS REVENUE GENERATION ROLE AND NOT A TYPICAL MARKETING ROLE, SO SOMEONE HAVING EXPERIENCE WITH THE BUSINESS WITH P&L EXPERIENCES WOULD BE AN IDEAL FIT.

Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing Brand app, website and digital marketing. Focusing on leveraging before mentioned three for demand generation and promoting the brand.
- Organizational Relationship & Reporting Structure
Reports To : Head - Marketing
Direct Reports : It will be an IC role
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning/Strategy : Provide necessary inputs for and own the responsibility for the yearly social and digital plan (including app planning) and budgets
Key functional responsibilities:
1. Lead the production of all social creatives, corporate website, brand and delivery apps against agreed marketing programmes
2. Review implementation plans and ensure synergy in all social campaigns and App downloads programs
3. Direct optimal utilisation of budget for all media activities for brand app (including on-ground store activation)
4. Align social creatives along with marketing team's key activities.
5. Make certain that all digital launch and social media campaign is in alignment and communication with Operations team
6. Lead the agencies/partner relationships along with the team below - in the development, execution and on-going evaluation of all relevant aspects of the brand app and social media programs
7. Setup analytics and monitor to take corrective actions for Brand App
8. Ensuring Social engagement and ORM through regular agency engagements
- Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency : Analyse the effectiveness and impact of all the demand creation activities(with brand app) on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length

Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification : MBA - Marketing preferred but not mandate
- Specific Certification (if Any) : A basic understanding of content creation tools for video & graphics and an Intermediate level of understanding of Google Analytics & Facebook Insights + Analytics.
- Preferred Total Experience : 7 - 12 Years
- Minimum 4-5 Years of experience handling Digital role
- Good to have relevant experience in Digital Marketing within B2C/D2C/ Retail preferably in e-commerce / some S&M exp. in FMCG sector
