Manager - Strategy & Analytics
This position is responsible for assisting to drive the strategy, operational excellence and employee engagement vision . This would involve participation in executive summary level reporting, analysis of financial results, line of business and / or total firm. Conducts ad hoc management reports; and assists leadership with the development of forecasts, benchmark and research best practices for operations optimization and work with global teams to drive future growth Strategy Development, Reporting, Research and Analysis duties may include but are not limited to:
- Works closely with the Firm's leaders to identify and drive the company strategy and vision for growth forward
- Develops strategic insights and recommendations for operational alignment, location optimization, and industry trends.
- Designs, prepares internal reporting and analysis for use by leadership which may include national or regional line of business leaders, team leaders, internal client service functional leaders, service line leaders, industry leaders, firmwide functional leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Prepares and/or coordinates ad hoc reports as requested by leadership
Special Projects and Initiatives:
- Assists leaders with the identification and implementation of initiatives related to operations of the entity
- Provides regular updates on status and outcomes of the collaboration initiatives and projects
Process Management duties may include but are not limited to:
- Identifies areas for improvement in day-to-day operations, administrative processes, employee engagement with an ultimate objective to implement enhancements and best practices to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
- Looks for opportunity to improve processes around capturing information/data and advancing growth strategy
EXPERIENCE : (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)
- Progressive experience in global delivery services or comparable
- Experience - Required
- Professional services experience - Preferred
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) :
- 3+ years' experience managing staff - Preferred
- Demonstrated success in influencing and engaging stakeholders, building collaborative relationships while managing conflicting priorities - Required
- Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek and implement change to drive business improvement, and serve as a model of change - Required
- Strong communication skills; Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the firm - Required
- Able to motivate, inspire and develop individuals and teams to collaborate and deliver to their highest potential - Required
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS : (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Required
- Accounting or Finance major - Strongly Preferred
- MBA - Strongly Preferred
