Manager - Strategic Sourcing - Logistics

- Handling the International logistics, freight forwarding of large consignments, clearance of imported containers, despatch and delivery across locations.

- Managing Customs, end-to-end Import-Export processing, inclusive of related documentation.

- Proposing cost effective solutions, creating cost matrix and managing large spend areas.

- Oversee the rationalization (reducing the vendor base without affecting service) of around 900 suppliers in consultation with regional team

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure resolution and action plans.

- Ensure on time supplier Agreements with service providers and their evaluation.

- Monitor and analyze supplier performances.

- Coordinating with regional team. Identifying supplier to cater Pan India which involves major responsibility in rationalization of supplier base.

- Support regional Procurement team to solve supplier problems

- Analysis of the non performing suppliers and Alternate supplier.
