Manager - Strategic Planning - Oil & Gas/Chemical/Pharma

1. Formulate organization strategy by deriving insights from the research data.

2. Conduct periodic reviews of business units to monitor progress against the defined KPIs

3. Benchmark the business strategy and outputs with competitors within the industry.

4. Plan to prioritize projects, develop project deliverable's, monitor project progress & budget.

5. Provide strategic diligence support to the CEO & increase his availability for executive level responsibilities by developing Corporate Strategy through Research and Analysis.

6. Conduct feasibility analysis & create detailed Techno Commercial proposals and analysis.

7. Conduct SWOT analysis and outline risks, opportunities and solutions for Business Financial modeling.

8. Scanning & Analysis of Industry Peers / New business.
